Best Strategy For Scraping Contextual Link Types With GSA?

Hey guys,

I want to start using GSA for one of my money sites. I am planning on sticking with contextual links
on stronger domains. 

1) Is there any point to using niche specific keywords to scrape for these sites since I will be creating the content 
the links are in?

2) What are your favorite (safest) platforms for T1 links?

    I have a similar question. I want to focus on higher quality , niche related sites to build backlinks. Any suggestions on how to do this? I also want mainly contextual links. I know this is broad question. I am looking for mainly article / blog posts that are topic / niche related.

    Yes I will use PR of the domain
    Skip sites with more that  20 outgoing links per page
    Select type of backlinks to create

    but as far as niche relevant is that just using the Always use keywords to find target sites?
    or
    also at least one of my keywords must be present on the site?
