Shuffle Lines/Randomise Lines Tool

I'm trying to shuffle the lines of a large text file so that my imported URL's are more random.

Does anyone know how to do this in notepad++ or is there a tool that does it? (Not an online one as my lists are too big)

You don't need that anymore. If you import target urls...you are asked to randomize them before doing so.
