How to Post to Previous Accounts?

How can I make GSA post to a previous account rather than creating new ones? Actually I can't get it to do either, anytime I try to submit a new site it just tells me "Already Parsed" in the status window, no matter how many times I do Modify Project->Delete Target URL/Cache History

    if you clear history it should not bring up "already parsed".
