How do I uninstall GSA?

Hi,

I am having problems with my copy of GSA. It lags and hangs very bad. I have tried everything to no avail.  It lags so bad....that after I click the "edit" button for a project, it takes 5 minutes for the screen to pop up.

I now think if I uninstall GSA, and then re-install it, everything will be fine.

The problem I am having is that I went into windows installer and attempted to uninstall (after I backed up my projects).  Deleted all files and directories. 

I then re-installed GSA on the same server, and low and behold.....the projects and all the settings were still there.


Thanks if Sven or anyone can tell me how to completely wipe GSA from my machine, so I can do a clean install.

    Windows installer? is it the one on the GSA SER folder?

    An reinstall will not help you. I guess your project is really big or uses macros that pulls the content from URLs?

    Hi Sven, no, I only have 13 projects.....and some are "old".

    Well, how do I deal with the lag and "hang" of the software?


    You're saying even if I re-install it won't fix the problem?

    This has been an on-going problem for the past few months.....it's the point now where it's seriously affecting my ability to use the software.

    Send me the project backup and I have a look why it takes so long to load.
