"import target urls from file" greyed out, why?

I've just set up my first project from Fat Steve video on youtube on how to scrape urls and then import them from a file, and this option of mine is greyed out after all those hours setting it up. What oh what can the matter be?

    you need to save the project once and can only than import to it.
