is the negative filter bugged?

I'm trying to post to EDU/GOV sites only so I have the settings below added to the 'Skip sites with the following words in the URL/domain' option window:

!.edu
!.gov

I have the filters one per line because this is what S4nt0s said to do here - http://s14.postimage.org/xyt7v471t/govandedu.png

I then imported my scraped list of over 11,000 sites that are mostly forums and blogs and GSA doesn't even submit to one site. However, if I remove the negative filters and delete my URL/cache history and start over again, I am able to submit to over 300 sites from my list!

What is going on?

you have to put them in one line...else the first line will only allow .edu links and the second only .gov. So if line one would accept a site, line 2 wouldn't. Make it in one line and all works. By the way written in manual + forum + faq.

@username - Where did you get that image? I need to replace it with the right one. In the beginning I thought that's how it worked.

@username - Thanks. Fixed it.

I'm not the developer so keep in mind I have to learn everything on my own just like everyone else lol. I'm trying to help, but I might get things wrong sometimes.
