What does it mean to have 150,000 submissions and only 2500 links shown in the "Statistics tab"?

What does it mean to have 150,000 submissions and only 2500 links shown in the "Statistics tab"?

I thought it meant it built 150k links today so far, but then it only shows 2500 links in the Stats tab...so which one is true?

(P.S) Low verifies is because I set it to verify in 4 days.
