GSA Submission count difference between projects and status bar

GSA is showing difference in submission count-submissions in the project column and status bar column.

When I start projects, submissions number keep on increasing in projects column but it won't increase in status bar.Then I stop the projects, make the submission count to 0, then start the projects again. And then the count starts increasing in status bar.

and sometimes, while both the counter shows correct numbers, but after sometime, the status bar submission count just stops; although the project submission count keeps on increasing; as the GSA continously submitting new sites.

And as a result of above problem, I can't find my true LMP

it always depents on the submission type done. Submissions for account creations are not counted for the status bar, but on the column next to the project.
