Difference between Target URL history and Target URL Cache?

What is the difference between Target URL history and Target URL Cache? And when u delete the accounts what does that mean as the verified links still show up?

    history=urls the project visited

    cache=imported/found urls that it will post to next.

    deleting accounts simply means that just login/password is removed, nothing else.

    @sven - if i duplicate a project and delete target url history and accounts does this affect the original project?

    a duplicated project has no history/cache/accounts.

    Oh i see and ive been deleting both cache, history and accounts every single time. Wish i had known this before - Thanks :-)
