Adding Extra Languages

i wish its possible to add another languages like german and polish.

it can be a blank form and select any language from list.

    I think you do not understand this.

    The fields are only used for special engines that take only content in that language. If you script one engine that needs something in a different language, you can define that like  [Description_250_Chinese] if you prefer.

    i know but i mention about blog language. if a blog written by chinese. Comment must be submit with chinese language is it possible?
