Option to Randomize Global site lists.

In gscraper you can randomize the lists you scrape. I think it would be very useful and beneficial for people who have multiple installs of SER to have this ability to randomize their global site lists so that they aren't going over the same lists each time you setup a new campaign. Thanks!

    I'm pretty sure it does this already. My understanding is it grabs a random 1mb of the site list and uses that, then when done, grabs another random 1mb of sitelist data.

    It takes random URLs from the site list. For imported URLs it reads 1MB from the end of the imported data file.
