Bug in paused projects after x submissions/verifications?

Anyone else noticed an issue with paused projects continuing to submit?

On some of my projects. I have them setup, so that they pause for a certain amount of time after 100 verified submissions are detected. When 100 verifications are found, the project's status changes to active(p), which is correct, but the projects continue to submit!

wrong, they just verify links and you might see a verified link during the submission pause. This is normal as the links are already online and the program just checks it and would save time when later submission can go on.
