What is the best way to react to a blacklisted email?
Remove blacklisted email.
If I remove blacklisted email will that effect future verifications?

Did search for an answer on this and couldn't find anything on how to react to the blacklisting.

If you remove the emails, you will not see the remaining links getting verified. I would simply run a a last "verify email only" as status and just exchange emails.
