Not Responding?
and the latest few releases i have quite often that my SER is not responding quite often, so either my VPS provider secretly downgraded my specs or something else going on ....
which brings me right away to next question 
to max out performance, when SER is running on lower CPU is it more a signal to use more threads or more projects
and
when memory usage is rather low (even thou it fills up over time) is that more a signal to add more threads or more projcts same time
