Settings for Tier 2 links?

I want to create tier 2 links for my web 2.0's i've created. Can anyone recommend some good settings for Tier 2 linking? I've been reading alot of different opinions on other forums and they seem to vary widely. Where are the best places to submit? Also my web 2.0's are all unique content but are on very similar subjects. What is the best way to generate content for the articles and BM's in SER? I'm currently using Kontent Machine and its scraping alot of the same content since my 2.0's are all on similar subject matters. Is it okay to use the same spun content for some of my different SER projects? I wouldnt think so, but not sure what else to do. I'm using TBS for spinning. I've only been using the software for only a few weeks so I'm a real newb when it comes to automated linking. But so far I love the software! Here are my current settings. Any input is really appreciated!

Try going to fiverr and ordering some super spun content, like ArticleBuilder, stuff like that.
