i deleted all my public proxies list all all all and now i need your help

i deleted all my public proxies list in my gsa  ..can you show me the way me to upload it ? Thank alot

    well u saved your proxy list somewhere?
    if yes then you can upload again. click on "add proxy" and select your proxy file. your proxies is uploaded.

    no, i dindt save any where  it's my problem
    I have found a nother list of proxis scraped some where the i saw that many of the proxies in the list dosnt work so i decided to click delete all but after, when i add my list of proxies, no proxy are entried ..i dont know what is the way to resolve this issue...
