I cannot increase the threads to more than 40 without gsa randomly turning off?

Hello, iv been having this problem for a while now running gsa on my computer, gsa runs great at 40 threads and never turns offer by itself but whenever I set the thread count to 80 gsa will always turn off by itself eventually... sometimes a couple mintues in (my internet doesnt run much slower with 80 threads) sometimes gsa will turn off within a few seconds...
Im running gsa on 64bit windows 7 home computer..... i used to be able to run 200 thread although that did slow down my internet it never would turn off..

any help?

projects running the last time i found this happen was 2...

can this happen if the projects are too big in size?
