SER Control Not Showing

Today I just restarted my server and took a look at it a few hours later. Windows showed me a problem with SER, where I was able to click exit or continue, so I clicked continue and the software kept running as always, but the control on top right was not showing any more!
I added screenshot and log.

    must be some issue on your windows...did you see if it works on a restart/reboot?
