Question about "use the root/main url in some variations"
When selecting this options does:
1) The link placed point to the root domain. Therefore if my project is targeting www.mysite.com/inner-page-1, some links will actually point to www.mysite.com.
2) Or is it a case of all links placed will point to www.mysite.com/inner-page-1, but some of the anchor text will actually be www.mysite.com?
