[Q] Is there a way to add my own Blacklist to SER

Trevor_BanduraTrevor_Bandura 267,647 NEW GSA SER Verified List
I keep seeing SER joining paypal.com, google.com, and a few other sites that have nothing to do with any of my projects.

How can I add these two plus the others to a global list not to join these?

Would I have to maybe create my own blacklist file and upload it to one of my websites or something?

Is there a fast way to go through my whole global list and delete these URL's?

I don't think there is a good way to stop the program from going there unless you find out what engines this is. It happens during submission on finding e proper form/link to submit to.
