CPU speed doesn't tell a thing. Which processor series? i3 and Xeon may have the same CPU clock, but the latter can be 4 times as powerful. That also depends on your project files.
For a project with huge spun content, like what I usually use, 1 project may take 120MB. After a couple of hours, going up to 150MB. Also depends on how you schedule your projects, etc.
The best way to find it is to try it yourself. Gradually increase the number. Start at, say, 50.
