Threads Bounce Around So Much

Hello All, 

My current LpM is 20.45, but it could be much much higher.
I have 10 dedi proxies, 70 semi-dedi. 
Threads range between 7 and 120 (cant keep them up high and proxies aren't being banned). 
20 engines 
Threads set to 130 
HTML timeout 120
5 seconds between search engine queries
20 search engines used. 

Any idea what I might be doing wrong? 

Also, how can I check to see which search engines are getting the most submissions, so I can remove the ones that aren't performing well?
