tiered projects dont build to indexers do they?

I made a couple of tiered projects but forgot to untick the indexer will the tiered projects start to use indexer verfied links or not? or will i have to go through unchecking the indexer before start projects?

Nothing to worry about but I would untick them purely to save CPU and bandwidth
