Engines Duplicated

I've just upgraded to the latest version of SER and found that all my engines are duplicated.  I.e. in the engine selection in the left hand side of GSA SER there is a double of everything.

I checked my engines folder in program files and there aren't any duplicates.  Any idea why this happens?

    Fixed this I had done a backup of my engines into my data folder.

    it looks like SER reads both directories for engines.
