Can't get GSA Indexer to work with the Search Engine Ranker

I can get GSA Indexer to work with the Search Engine Ranker. I updated from 1.63 to 1.64  and it wont communicate with search engine ranker. It was working perfectly until I updated it.  I re installed the program, used the correct license key, but it will not communicate.

What am I doing wrong?

    What happens if you go to verified URLs and use the right mouse button on some URLs sending it to the Indexer?
