What Does "Insert Up to # Random URLs for Random Words" Mean Underneath Article Field?

Will this insert my anchor text inside the article and not at the end?

So far to give context links I'm using a tool to add <a href="%url%">%anchor_text%</a> into my spun articles.

If this does the same thing I don't need to do that step.

This will not do the same. That feature will add RANDOM anchors and random urls into the article.
