GSA SER Not Sending Captcha to Captcha Breaker?

After migrating both GSA SER and CB onto a fresh Windows 2012 standard (64-bit ovh dedi server), my SER no longer sends any captcha to CB --

And checking or unchecking CB Options "Run as Webserver" made no difference.

I wonder if anyone had similar experience and how I can solve / troubleshoot this problem.

    Running both programs as administrator solved the problem.

    Yes, just like the TEST message said when it was not successful ;)
