Proxies not working on Windows XP?

Hello, I am new to GSA and currently in the 5 day trial. I really love the software and its potential however I have been going crazy with a proxy problem.

I bought 5 proxies from fiverr then added them in GSA, proceeded to test and the result "not working". I then contacted the seller and he checked the proxies and said everything is fine.

So I configured the proxies in internet explorer, tried it and it asked me for login and password. Inputted them and I was surfing the web successfully on the proxy. 

This tells me that the proxies are working, but is it saying not working in GSA? 

Any help would be appreciated. I am running this on a Windows XP machine, so I dont know if there are any known issues with Windows XP
