Disable Outlook/Hotmail Spam Filter to Get Better Results?

I've watched the how-to videos and they say to disable the Hotmail, now Outlook spam filters to prevent mail from going into the spam folder to get better results.

I created an Hotmail/Outlook account and went into the "Filters and reporting" page of the account but doesn't look like MSN gives you an option to disable it.

Does anyone know if this can be disabled?

I don't remember how to do it for Hotmail, and I have not had to do it for Outlook email accounts. I use the email account creator from SEREngines.com (see the announcement thread at the top of the forum). If you are serious about using SER, this is a "must have". It sets this for you.

If you still need to do this for the account you created, you should search around this forum or the internet. There is info on how to do this.
  • There is no option anymore to disable the spam filter, but with creating a "rule" you can have the same result:
    - go to "Mote mail settings" (Settings button) and click "Rules for sorting new messages"
    - add a new rule (NEW button) by
    step2: select "Move to Inbox"
    SAVE
  • Thank you soo much lillali ..
