I Have the Lastest Version 5.69, What Does "Per URL" Option Mean?

There are some new fields that I don't know I need to check like Per URL.

What do these new fields mean and should I check them?

    Thats no new field...it has been there for a long time. It means the submission limitation is handled for the number of urls that project should build links for.
