I don't see the multi-tier option?

I have watched the video about the multi tier building, but it seems that the intrface has changed since the video was made.
How do I build this?

    Create your first tier campaign and let it run for a week or so
    Create your 2nd tier campaign and click "Use verified URLs of another project"

    You can't miss it, it's literally the 2nd tick box on the project data screen
