Catchall - catch-all email on YOUR own domain for GSA SER | POP3S/IMAPS | from $0.10/mailbox/day

Belgrad
Hi all. I run Catchall, a hosted catch-all mailbox on a subdomain of your own domain, made for the confirmation emails SER and similar tools wait for.
Every address on the subdomain lands in one mailbox, and SER reads it over POP3S or IMAPS. You never create addresses in advance: the project makes up anything@mail.yourdomain.com, registers, and picks up the mail.

Why your own domain
- No shared vendor domain that other people's registrations have already burned. The domain and its reputation are yours.
- Only MX records in your DNS. One MX for the subdomain, five on Pro. SPF, DKIM, DMARC and the rest of your zone stay as they are. The root domain is never touched, so real mail on it keeps working.
- Neutral label. You pick the subdomain; by default it is random, not
otp. The receiving hosts live on a separate domain, so the Received header does not point at a "we sell catch-all" page.
Setup
- Paste a Cloudflare bootstrap token or connect a Namecheap API key, and we write the MX record ourselves. When the record is visible right away, the domain is live in about a minute.
- Or add the TXT and MX records by hand, on any DNS.
- Before the domain goes live, the mailbox is tested with a real message end to end.

For SER
- Copy for GSA: the panel builds import lines, one per mailbox:
email:host:995:login:password:1. The format comes from this forum; we have not imported it into SER ourselves yet (see below). - One POP3 session per mailbox per IP. A second session at the same time is refused with an error, so two projects never take the same message or delete it from under each other. Sven confirmed in Other / Mixed that SER simply retries the email check later, and SER also has an option to log in to an account only once at a time, which avoids the refusal altogether.
- Many projects on one domain? Put them on different mailboxes: that is what Pro is for, five mailboxes on five subdomains.
- IMAPS allows up to 10 sessions per mailbox per IP.
- Your password: set one mailbox password for the account, one per domain, or let us generate it. Rotation is in the panel, so SER projects don't break on a surprise change.

Privacy
Mail never leaves the mail host: there is no web API in the message path. The panel and the management API see counters and an hourly access log, never content. Messages are kept 72 hours, with no backups.

Pricing (prepaid)
- Standard: $10 per domain per 30 days, one mailbox.
- Pro: $15 for five mailboxes on five subdomains, i.e. $0.10 per mailbox per day.
Addresses are not counted: use as many as you like. Charged daily in UTC (the price divided by 30). The first top-up is from $10: crypto (USDT TRC-20, BSC, ERC-20 or USDC ERC-20; the payer covers network and processing fees) or Telegram Stars in our bot.
Two limits, and neither loses mail. The server answers with a temporary 452, and the sender retries:
- disk quota per mailbox, so delete what you have picked up;
- an emergency limit of about 20,000 messages per day per domain (on Pro, for all five mailboxes), reset at about 00:05 UTC.
When the balance runs out, mail is still accepted for 3 days of grace, then reception answers 452. After 30 days the domain is released.
Pay half for your own domains. Bring a colleague onto a paid plan. In every calendar month that starts with at least one of your referrals paying (their domain active before the 1st, balance not run out), your own daily charge is halved. On top of that you get 30% of each of their top-ups.
The discount is granted by hand on request, after a check; a second account of your own does not count. Details: catchall.in/partners
Honest limits
- You need your own domain; mail lives on a subdomain only.
- Receive only: you cannot send mail through it.
- No dedicated IP yet; reception runs on a shared pool of hosts.
- We have not run SER itself yet (no license on our side). Mail pickup over POP3S and IMAPS is tested; importing the lines into SER is not.
- No automatic e-mail updater for SER projects: you paste the lines into the project yourself.
- No free plan.
Test it
Promo code GSA10: $10 credit for a new account, for the first 10 people, until 30.11.2026. That is 30 days of Standard or 20 days of Pro. Enter it at sign-up, or open catchall.in/?ref=GSA10 and it is filled in for you. The credit arrives once you confirm your email.
I would love feedback here, especially on:
- importing the Copy for GSA lines;
- the Namecheap setup.
