Should we select additional Captcha Services through GSA SER or CB?

I think many people said using GSA CB is best. Is it any different, really?

    Always add additional services to SER.
    Let me explain why: When you add it to CB and SER sends a request to CB that can bot be solved, CB needs a lot longer to solve things as it is sending it to each of the services defined until it gets a result.
    During that time, SER is not able to send anything else to CB and the communication is blocked, resulting in a slow down.
