GSA PI Blacklist: Does it Block Entire Domains or Just Exact URLs?

When I add URLs to the blacklist in GSA Platform Identifier, does it ignore only those exact URLs, or will it automatically ignore all URLs from the same domain?
If I blacklist domain.com, will PI automatically ignore all inner pages like domain.com/inner-page1, domain.com/inner-page2, etc.? Or does it only skip the exact URLs I add, such as domain.com/page.html? Basically, does adding a domain cover all its sub‑pages, or do I need to list each URL separately?
