GSA Proxy Scraper Trial Not Opening

Hi,

I have downloaded the GSA Proxy Scraper trial version, but I am facing an issue while opening the software.

When I try to open it, the splash screen appears. At the same time, the Proxy Scraper window header shows briefly at the bottom-left of the screen. After I click OK on the splash screen, the header bar disappears within a few seconds, and the software does not open. 

I have been trying since yesterday, but the program is still not opening. I am also attaching a screenshot for your reference.

Please help me resolve this issue.
