I want to write posts on Korean websites, but currently, it seems there are no options other than Gnuboard XE. I am not a programmer, so developing a custom engine is too difficult for me. I want to create a custom engine, so I would like to know about developers or development sites.

    I suggest you contact user @cherub   he does the Sernuke.com custom engines, and they are pretty good, maybe he can help you

    Could you clarify what 'custom engines' actually do? Do you mean CMS platforms like WordPress, Blogspot, Grav, phpBB, Flarum, Livejournal etc.?

    yes, they are either individual sites (web 2.0 as many cal them), or entire platforms like Wordpress where many sites exists that are based on it.
