Does anyone know how to contact these guys? On February 18, I paid $136.99 for three months, but I still haven't received access to the link lists. And technical support isn't responding to my messages.

Try to send a message to @AliTab here on the forum. He's active on BHW and promoting his services, so he should respond here as well.

    Hello,

That’s not possible. All orders are processed within 12 hours. You must have access to our link lists. If you do not see the folder locally, you need to visit the Dropbox web “Shared” section and add the folder locally. In case you experience any issues, you can check our tutorial at https://gsaserlists.com/gsa-ser-tutorial/

Also, I believe the same response has already been sent to your email support request. If you still have issues, please get in touch on Telegram.

Is anyone else having serious issues with this provider? The lists are empty, and tech support isn't responding.

    Hello,

You already have access to our Dropbox folder. The statistics on https://gsaserlists.com/gsaserlists-live-preview/ are automatically pulled from our link lists. If the lists become empty, this should be reflected on that page as well.

If you need a fresh invitation, please let me know and I will remove and re-add your email address.

I moved my server to a country with no internet restrictions, but the SERLib lists still aren't working. Does anyone else use this provider? Is everything working for you, or am I the only one having issues?

I never tried this provider but what you can do just for a test is to try to import from their list to the project easiest engines that go lightning fast without any limits to some random target. Choose Ping/Indexer/Blog Comments/URL Shortener and when you start you should be having 500-1000 LPM easily if they are truly verified targets and cleaned and not actual identified/raw list.

That's a good idea, but this provider provides the lists via an API. I can't just download them manually via import targets.

Try then just to fetch them from that site list of theirs. In the project pull the targets from their site list only verified and uncheck search engines and in your project select just Ping/Indexer/Blog Comments/URL Shortener put no filters or any restrictions if they fail to build links fast with that engines then others are even worse since in quantity anyone can find Ping/Indexer/Blog Comments/URL Shortener without any problems and if they fail it means that list is not verified and cleaned and you are just wasting time and money with this provider.

This supplier does not have any lists; data is loaded via the API.

Oh, I totally misunderstood you. I thought you had a problem with GSA SER site list for other engines. I can't comment on Web 2.0 addon as I never used it. I use personally RankerX.

Try reading their guide if you didn't or get in touch with their support.

Did you try accessing the urls where you get the webdriver issue? Because the domains in your screenshots where this occurs are all dead, so the error is expected.

Tech support isn't responding, not through email, not through the website, not through Telegram. It looks like they're scammers, and the links are indeed broken.
