Are keywords used only for scraping new targets?

Is GSA SER using keywords only to find new target sites or it also uses them to post some data on websites (like tags)?

I'm asking because I remember seeing some tags added to one of my submissions that were the same as my keywords.
I need to know this because sometimes when I need to get links for my tier 2-3 I just load few thousand random words as keywords to let SER find more websites, but I don't want it to use those keywords as tags.

    sometimes it uses the keywords as tags. Especially in Articles or Bookmarks when a site asks for tags/keywords.

    So if I will add all my random keywords mixed with footprints to engine file of website type that I'm targeting.

    after "search term="

    and set "add keyword to search=" to 0

    It will just scrape search engines based on footprints from engine file and not use keywords from "Keywords" field?
