Setting up automatic switching of project groups

I have 5 projects. Each project contains levels 1, 2, and 3. How do I set up group uploads? For example, I group all level 1 projects and run them. Once 100 triggers are reached, all level 1 projects are paused, and the level 2 projects in the group are run automatically, and so on. How do I set up this automatic upload?

    Im sorry, but thats not possible. All you can do is running all the projects in schedule mode but then X random ones get chosen and not by level.

    Is it possible to somehow group levels and launch them separately? After the first group is completed, the second one is launched, and so on? Or is this also impossible?
