Unable to update to Version 2.16

in GSA Platform Identifier
I tried downloading the update and manually running it from my %temp% folder, but every time re-launch PI it still shows that im on version 2.15.

    GSA Platform Identifier V2.16  is in an update loop again.
    @Sven, why does it seem to keep happening with GSA PI all the time and not with any of the other GSA softwares?
