question on posting to same site again setting

If I have a new list of blog comment urls I want to test to add to my verified.
Lets say I have 100 different domains all with various number of inner pages i need to test posting to in order to see what will give me a verified link.
I know I can make the settings 'post to same site again' and have it max posts per acct set to 1, then just put whatever the max number of urls is for the highest number in that list of total root domains for the 'posts per account' setting.
Id rather not blast the sites with lower total urls though at the same time.
And beyond the initial testing, for an actual project, it would be great to be able to select how many links the software builds per url per domain vs just a domain wide general setting.
