Anyone have any comments about paid lists?

I wanted to begin using a paid list again.

Not looking for some amazing list. Just a comprehensive list of live do-follow links I can use for lower tiers (higher tier numbers).

Anyone think there are links at T3 T4 ++ that would be "bad" for the target site? 

What about "good"lists? Any suggestions for those?

Not looking for SER add-ons right now that require special engines. Just lists that can utilize standard SER engines.
