How to best setup different platforms/engines to get multiple links per url

I'm trying to figure out the most efficient way to setup projects to get what I want, lets say for example I want 3 links per target url from each target site.

The article engine is a non issue, unless im mistaking something, as they allow unlimited articles per account created?

But other than that things get a bit trickier and I realize I might have to create separate 2 separate projects, one for engines like articles that I only need one acct to create unlimited links.

And another project for engines like some social networks and web 2.0 and contextual forum profiles where I'll need to create multiple accounts.

I'm NOT making public forum posts, I'm just using the settings on the engines that allow contextual fields to be filled out in the profile section...ie I can only create one of those per account. Similar issue with alot of the social networks.

So for the first option, the primary articles and wikis, and some of the socials and 2.0...I can just select 1 account per url, and have (for example if i want 3 links per site for each of my target urls) it set to 3 posts per account per url.

Then the second option, I would have 3 accts created per url, and since it can only create one profile/link per acct, the other option only makes sense to set to 1 anyways? The concern being there, not having redundant overlap and having way too many redundant links by combining them.

Hopefully that made sense the way I put it, my brain just hit the wall...

Thanks
