Tools >> Import >> Options ==> not working as expected

When I create a new project and in the Project Options Tab, I go to Tools \ Import \ Options -- and select an Options template which I made previously. It imports and updates the fields under the options tab as expected. 
BUT
It is also changing fields under the Data Tab, specifically the anchor text variation fields.

I would expect only the Option fields to be edited when importing options.

Thats actually wanted as these are considered to be options as well. I know it's a bit confusing as the TAB is called Options but you have options on article manager as well which are also set by this tab.

Thanks, @sven. You are correct; it is a bit confusing, but it also makes sense now that you have explained it. This import affects every box that can be checked in the Data Tab, Options Tab, Article Manager, and even the Email Verification and External API tabs, as they all have clickable options.

Think i will just stick to using template import option.
