@Sven - I have not enabled "Allow posting on same site again", so why do I get this message on some projects: Could not find a new article, add some new!

    Check your dupe checking option on the article manager (last option)

    I had it set to per site/domain.

    What is the difference between per site/domain and per account?

    per account means it will eventually submit the same article to the same site if it is under a different account (other login).
