Why with Captcha Breaker does it say "Skipped Due to Settings" I want it to send to Captcha Service.

Hard to solve captchas are "Skipped by Settings"

However i have "If solving fails send to service" ticked with valid info filled out.

Than you should still enable the captcha type (checkbox enabled) + maybe set it to not try to analyze it at all and send it directly to the captcha service (right click on it->choose first entry in popup menu with "Toggle something").
