i want to know how gsa search engine ranker work and aslo sitelist

how it works: 

1. it uses your entered keywords together with footprints form selected engines on selected search engines to get you target urls

2. it tries to identify what this site is based on (platform like wordpress, drupal, guesbook...)

3. it tries to place a link (maybe first register, verify via email and login)

4. it waits some time to verify the link is really present for everyone

5. if it is live, it checks its value (dofollow, external links...) and adds it to the project

site lists are basically just the target urls that you can use without searching on search engines. You skip point 1 and 2

if i scrape relevant sitelist how it will be work

You have site lists enabled in project options and simply manage them via global options (e.g. import your urls there). Then each project using site lists will access the urls.
