Threads per function

Would it be possible to add a feature to add custom threads per task. So for example, I want GSA SER to limit its thread size for 'search engines' to 3, 'submission' to 10, 'PR checking' to 3, and 'verification' to 3.  I am using different proxies for all of these with different thread limits.
