i have 80 millions website i send almost 10 millions message and get very rare response

I am using my own laptop, 
my own internet 
set threads 400
using proton vpn, i am changing server almost after 30 minutes.
also create too many spintext versions, also added many internal macros.
i have added tracking link to track my message open or not but tracking link showing clicked, i don't know its clicked by bot or human, getting very rare response. what is the issue.

    Your message seems to be the issue.

    It's just pointless to spam 80 millions websites with an SEO, content, webdesign, crypto, whatever offer with a generic message in English language.

    Think of the recipients, write in a language they understand and can take action on it. Filter your list by country / language. Use a ReCaptcha/hCaptcha solver which I bet you don't do on such a massive list running on a laptop instance.

    I'm getting opening rates of 20+% and response rates of 5% on targeted campaigns.
