DA is irrelevant if you have a 0% indexing rate on your backlinks with Google. If you have zero indexing rate with google, then you're site authority will likely be zero as well and not DA38 as seo moz suggests.
You can even have DA100 and still rank for zero keywords. DA is a meaningless metric and does not correlate to google rankings. DA is a SEO moz metric, not a Google metric.
Does seo moz send you traffic or does google? I suggest you focus on metrics that matter with google and not with seo moz.
- Start with making sure your site pages are indexed in Google. You won't get keyword rankings if money site pages are not indexed. - Then make sure that any T1 links and higher are indexed in Google. - Then use GSC to track the progress of keyword rankings each week.
You should first look at your money site pages and improve the content ensuring you've optimised the page for your target keywords. Personally I target minimum 50 keywords+ per landing page. If you are only seeing 3 keywords ranking, then it could well be an on page issue as well as an off page issue.
In terms of off page SEO, make sure your links count by ensuring they are indexed in Google. Do you check your backlinks for indexing? How do you ensure your links are being indexed in Google?
